Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Apex Jackpot. By accessing the platform you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apex Jackpot platform operated by ApexTechnologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and players of Apex Jackpot. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Apex Jackpot. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and that online gambling is legal where you reside. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of this clause will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

You may only hold one (1) account on Apex Jackpot. Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary. The Company may verify your identity at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be sent to verified accounts belonging to you. The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification checks. We may require source of funds documentation for large transactions. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on payment providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus amounts.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on Apex Jackpot use a provably fair random number generation system that can be independently verified by players. By playing, you accept the outcome of all games as final. In the event of a technical error or system failure, the Company reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund all bets placed. Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Apex Jackpot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes: money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, use of bots or automated scripts, collusion, match-fixing, exploitation of software errors, abuse of the referral system, and any form of harassment of other users or Company staff. Violations will result in immediate suspension, potential legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

ApexTechnologies is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options in your account settings. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please use these tools immediately and contact our support team. We cooperate fully with problem gambling support organisations and may refer players to relevant resources.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Apex Jackpot platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, and game logic, is the exclusive intellectual property of ApexTechnologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission from the Company.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from: player error, technical failures outside our control, third-party payment provider issues, or force majeure events. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount held in your account at the time of the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, request by law enforcement, or protection of the platform's integrity. Upon termination, any legitimate balance remaining in your account will be returned to you after verification, unless forfeited due to violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. The Company's gaming licence is issued by the relevant gaming authority and all operations are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations.
